SSC Gym is excited to present its first competition of 2022, with its New Ultimate Series.
There’s five gruelling events to take part in, to see who comes out on top and is crowned UK Spartan Warrior JUNIOR (U23) 2022

- LOG & GIANT DUMBELL (Alternate – Reps 60 secs)
2. DEADLIFT – (Reps 60 secs)
3. KEG LOADING ( 3 x Kegs – 10m SandLane to 46″ Platform)
4. YOKE & SANDBAG MEDLEY (15M each way)
5. STONE OVER YOKE (Reps 60secs)
